This a complaint. We PAID IN FULL in May for our carpet to be installed ; it is now JUNE 24th and we received a call today telling us that we are now going to have to adjust our appt time which was set at 8:00-10:00 to now between 12:00-1:00 to have our carpet installed. This is ABSOLUTLEY the worst customer service WE HAVE EVER RECEIVED. We left several messages for one of your representatives Michelle Oakland to contact us and she has yet to respond to the various messages we left. We are very very disappointed and will not recommend your company to anyone else at this point. I hope we will finally get our carpet installed.
