I actually did not get my flooring installed. When they removed the subfloor, they found structural damage, and due to all the issues going on now, I was unable to find anyone who could come out and see how bad the damage was for over 6 months. When 50Floor found out I could not complete my installation because of this, they issued me a full refund. Everyone that I dealt with was friendly and helpful from the salesman to the call asking how my installation went which resulted in my refund.
