** 50Floor extends a comprehensive Limited Lifetime Guarantee to residential purchasers of our flooring products, consisting of four primary components. Please note that rental and commercial properties are covered exclusively under the Manufacturer’s Warranty.

This guarantee takes effect upon full payment of the purchase price and the completion of installation. It remains valid for as long as the flooring remains unchanged in its original location, corresponding with the duration of the original purchaser’s occupancy. To initiate a service inspection under this guarantee, please contact 50Floor Customer Service at 877-503-5667 (877-50Floor). We reserve the right to inspect products to ensure compliance with this guarantee, requiring your cooperation for access. Should the exact original product or part be unavailable, we retain the right to substitute it with a comparable item of equal or superior quality. These guarantees grant specific rights, which may vary by state.

Transfer of these guarantees to a subsequent homeowner is feasible for a one-time fee of 10% of the original purchase price of your 50Floor floor. You must provide written notification to 50Floor and complete payment within thirty (30) days of property transfer, accompanied by a copy of the title transfer agreement. Failure to fulfill these requirements within the specified timeframe renders all guarantees void for the new property owner. Furthermore, failure to transfer guarantees properly, opting out, or releasing either party from coverage will result in the refusal of service for previously installed flooring products.

Lifetime Labor Guarantee:
We cover defects arising from original installation labor, undertaking repair or replacement at no charge. Lifetime Gap-Free Guarantee. We address any gap exceeding 3 millimeters between planks post-installation. Promptly notify us upon discovering a gap for swift resolution. Please note that multiple gaps may indicate underlying subfloor issues not covered by this guarantee.

Lifetime Love Your Floors Guarantee:
We want you to cherish your floor indefinitely. If you decide otherwise, we will credit you 50% of the original purchase price towards a replacement from 50Floor, with no limit on usage. Standard promotions apply, and the new project must replace all original areas. Our guarantees assume normal product use and exclude damages beyond our control, including property settling, misuse, natural events, or structural issues. Subfloor movement post-installation causing failure is not covered. Placing fixtures that restrict plank expansion voids guarantees. We also exclude damages from insurable events and unauthorized product handling. These guarantees represent 50Floor’s sole commitments. No other individual has the authority to alter or supplement them. We expressly disclaim any other warranties, whether implied or explicit, and shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages arising from guarantee breaches.
