Replacing our entire upstairs carpet was a daunting task for my husband and I. 50 floor was more than wonderful to us through the entire process. It took us 7 months to make a decision but during that time the salesman came to our home three times (without making us feel bad) and answered all my questions. A week after we finally made the decision, we received a call that we could have the carpet installed the next day. We know that with any big job, situations come up however the true tell of a company is how those situations are handled. Charles kept us informed with the timeline of our job and answered all of our questions after the install. The installers worked hard and kept my phone clean. It was an overall smooth process and grateful we chose them to install our carpet.
