I had a VERY BAD EXPERIENCE! Had carpet pulled up and installation of laminate flooring put down on 05/24/22. They sent two different companies to my home one of which didn’t do stairs and the other didn’t do flooring. Nobody knew was doing what. The company that came to do the Stairs didn’t have all his materials and was upset he had to use his own, they sent him here with the wrong material for my molding and now won’t make it right!!!! Liz Love was the sales representative that came to our home and presented 50Flooring to my husband and I. we stressed our concerns about NOT having “White” molding and what they do, Send “White” molding!!! She even said this my cell call with any problems or the local office, Not True can’t get her and the local office people is very unprofessional in Charlotte location, to the point they hung up on me!!! So unsatisfied! When she finally calls and said that she will have someone call me back they did and promised that they won’t be able to match the steps but if I get a contractor to paint, they will credit my account. Now they have amnesia. Okay but this too shall get done, my stairs look awful!!! A waste of almost $6,000. Michael “Mike” Congema in the Customer Service department seems like he is trying but not, just passing it on to someone else. He is the one I spoke too mostly. No one is not taking anything this serious, because it’s not in their home. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!
