Floor does not match the sample I was shown – No response to my phone calls except ” the salesman will call” Left several messages for the salesman —- nothing! Absolutely the worst wood floor I have ever seen . The entire house looks like giant zebra stripes . So bad I will have it replaced ! So bad I stopped payment on the check I gave them before they would start working. Now I know why they want the money up front.
