We just had floors recently installed by 50floor and we literally could not be happier. They look gorgeous, the crews were very nice, polite and diligent. We worked with Joe to pick out the flooring and have it priced. We were called within a week and had flexible timing to schedule. They fit us in before Christmas and said it would take 2-3 days and it did. (2.5 to be exact). We did have a little snafu but didn’t discover it until this past week. We have a guest room with a new bed we’ve hardly used. One of the legs seemed to be stripped from the furniture moving and rebuild. The next morning I reached out to the company line but the volume of calls was such that I could only leave a message. I thought someone from the crews that came might know what happened or help to fix it so I reached out to the numbers I had from the install. This is where I have to stop and say these crews are above and beyond. Thallyson our actual flooring installer listened to me and said he’s be by later that day to look. Shawn, who helped run the crew for our flooring removal responded, asked what happened and for photos/video. He also responded that they would have someone come out. Thallyson showed up to his word but was unable to fix it and said he would let his boss know and encouraged us to also let his boss know. This is where Shawn again stepped in with a plan– he had the demo crew leader looped in and a plan for someone to come Friday and take a look. Even though he was handing it off to another part of the team he told me that I could still follow up with him and they would go from there. This morning bright and early Jonathan showed up from the team– listened patiently examined the stubborn uneven leg of the bed with us and got to work. He was diligent, careful and precise. He fixed it! He showed us how and made sure the bed sat right with no defaults. Good As New! He told us again if any problems to reach out to 50 floor and we can ask for him. I then followed up to thank Shawn who ensured it was completed to our satisfaction and shared that they always want to be complete and provide the best service. They did! These crews are busy everyday with new projects and deadlines and they still were patient, thorough and ready to help. If I could give these gentlemen 10 stars I would! They are true professionals and skilled hard workers. There honestly is so much pride that shows through their commitment to excellence in the job they are doing and working with the customer. Thank you all so much! I also can’t say enough about the flooring product and the easy process from inquiry to completion.
