DO NOT HIRE! WORST COMPANY EVER!!! Back in November I hired 50 floors to install flooring in half of my home. The installers completely messed up the kitchen. That day the installers came they were in my home for about 12 hours, until 10pm. I can appreciate the hustle to get it done in 1 day, if it was done well… When I signed the papers to approve the work, I just wanted the men out and they still had their crap on the kitchen floor. Once they cleaned up and left, that’s when we noticed the laminate was crooked, making all the cabinets and appliances look crooked as well… There was glue dripping off the steps, and they threw away the matching oak trim to the cabinets and put white trim instead! We complained and Juan the AGM came to my home to check it out. He had a hand held laser pointer and tried to tell me my house was crooked! We pulled out our 360 laser and quickly proved him wrong. It took Debbie 4 appointments to finally schedule properly to send someone to our home to “fix” the issue. Every appointment I cleared out my kitchen thinking someone was going to arrive. Only to have “no shows” , last minute cancellations.. Or some rude guy come, look and leave with no explanation..then a phone call.. Finally in APRIL on the 4TH APPOINTMENT the guys come.. 3 HOURS LATE!! They leave at 8 pm with their mess all over. We had to clean up after them. They have to come the next morning because they didn’t bring the proper material. They broke a vase and didn’t tell us, my boyfriend had to unhook the stove because they didn’t know how to, trim still didn’t match the cabinets, and they ruined the threshold piece in the doorway. The guy stood in the door way because he wanted us to sign the approval papers. He said he wouldn’t get paid if they weren’t signed. They told me to sign the papers only if we were completely happy. My boyfriend refused because he is not on the contract and we still are unhappy. He stayed there after asking him to leave a second time. My boyfriend had to close the door on him because they wouldn’t leave. I do not want to deal with this company any longer. I just want my money back for the kitchen , this nightmare and all my wasted time for cancelled appointments, missed work and we still have to spend money to fix some of these issues ourselves. This company does not think your time is valuable.. During this entire NIGHTMARE I have continually tried to reach upper management. JUAN the AGM and MIKE the GM, DO NOT RETURN CALLS. I was told I would be refunded money for all my wasted time. No one will discuss it. It is impossible to get to corporate to complain. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND HIRE A DIFFERENT COMPANY!!
