30 days and I’m without my old carpet and without the new carpet, just padding on a couple of floors with nails I have had to avoid. I was denied a refund told I needed to pay something. Still no dollar amount of what I have to pay for someone else’s error. Went to the warehouse to try and help resolve my issues and a week later I’m still without. Customer service really? when I asked for the president of the company I wasn’t able to speak with anyone else I believe I’ve suffered enough Please don’t continue to make me feel like you are holding me hostage anymore, kindly refund my money I’m a senior citizen and we have worked hard for our money
