We are truly happy with the actual floor. However, we did have a couple issues after the fact… the baseboards were sloppily put back on. Also, the threshold pieces that lay between the carpeted areas and the hard floor areas weren’t immediately glued down because of confusion between the carpet installers and the hard floor installers and this took longer than should’ve been to get resolved. Also, once we got the paperwork filled out and signed, we never heard from our sales rep again, although we had a question about something after the job was complete.
We just suggest that staff get clarity on these details and get additional training on the parts of the job that go with the project like removing and putting back base boards.
