1-877-50-FLOOR Schedule now

We had 50 floors come out and redo our floors in our kitchen, diningroom, entrance way and laundry room. We noticed a couple of weeks after our warranty ran out that part of the flooring was coming up about 4-6 inches in the doorway to our laundryroom. When we contacted the company it took them a while to get back to us and they wanted us to send pictures so I took pictures of the flooring and they have come back saying it was a sub flooring issue because we have tile under our new floor (which the sales rep told us would be ok to leave the tile they would just skin coat the tile and lay new floor on top and that would work) and they said moisture has probably got in there. So their solution to the problem was they would have to come back and rip up the new flooring and tile underneath and replace the floor. The part that blew us away was we have to pay for them to do this. This company told us it would be okay to leave the tile and have them skin coat it and lay the new flooring on top and it would be good, now they want to come out and rip up the whole floor and replace it but we have to pay for them to do this. We just wonder if it was still under warranty would they find an easier way to fix the problem. Needless to say we will be going to a new company in the future.
