First installation team (wood floor) were very good at what they do & I was able to communicate with one of them (the other only spoke Spanish), they worked quickly & everything went smoothly. The second installation team (carpet) was more difficult. They were very nice guys, but right away they were confused about which direction to lay the carpet & unfortunately neither spoke English so we couldn’t talk. They had to repeatedly call their supervisor & let me speak to her & she would then translate for me. It took much longer since we couldn’t communicate! They finally did a very good job, I’m pleased with how it all turned out. To make things easier, I believe at least one installer should be able to communicate with homeowner.
