This has been the worst experience we’ve ever had with a home improvement project. We were quoted a 1 day job and it took 3 days. The job was not done to our satisfaction and we requested a repair. It took a month of calling for someone (assistant manager) to finally come out to the house and see our issues. He agreed that the job was not installed properly and that we needed a repair. He then stopped answering his phone and we had to get the salesman’s help with scheduling a repair. The repair ended up getting rescheduled 3 times by 50 floor. We just had the repair completed and they installed new boards with chips in the wood and even tried to color one in with black magic marker thinking we wouldn’t see it. We are beyond frustrated and so disappointed in this company. I have been waiting 2 days to hear from the general manager regarding this “repair” and I am getting no help. It has been 3 months and we still don’t have the flooring project that we expected, have paid for and were promised by this company. We will not be recommending 50 floor to anyone in the future.
