This company was great from beginning to end. Carolyn, who came to measure and give an estimate, was cheerful, well-informed, and thorough. There were plenty of samples to see and feel as well as different types of flooring (carpet, laminate, etc). We were notified within days that our order was ready and installation was scheduled. The installers did a great job as well (we had a special situation where they had to cut the laminate to fit and mold around our stone fireplace). Overall, we could not be happier!
