One of the most pleasant of my experiences with household renovations. They were on time, worked quietly and efficiently, all the details were beautifully done, cleaned up afterwards, put the furniture back where I wanted, and were done in good time. The flooring is beautiful. When the work turned out to be not as much as was estimated, they figured in a deduction to the final bill. They also were attentive to my concerns about the senior, blind, barely domesticated cat, living in the area of the installation. They notified me when they needed me to move the cat. This allowed me time to locate and move the cat to the already completed area before they began moving furniture. This cat had been one of my chief worries about re-flooring that area of the house. Those who have rescued feral cats will understand the problem.
