I was so excited and convinced I’d made the right decision after signing to have my carpet replaced by 50Floor! I was promised the moon and more! It was downhill from there! I had the installation done in two phases. As far as the first went the product is wonderful – the installation was fine – they could have cleaned up better! The second install was again product fine – installation OK except the crew was not as careful with my furniture and woodwork as I had hoped and once again cleanup was lacking! Upon completion I was asked to sign saying the work had been done to my satisfaction. On a quick overlook all looked fine, so I signed off on the work! It was only after a much closer look that I saw realized my disappointments! Would I recommend 50Floor – yes. I would just say to look at everything really close before signing saying all is fine!
