From start to finish, it was a pleasure dealing with the sales, customer service and installation professionals. Bernie in sales was prompt, knowledgeable, friendly and insightful in helping us choose the right product to fit our budget. John in customer service was responsive in helping troubleshoot a delayed delivery (due to delivery vehicle problem), and the two-man crew (I didn’t get names) was polite and efficient in getting all work completed and cleaned up in just 90 minutes. Given the weather and crippling supply chain challenges at hand, I am thrilled that the whole process took just 18 days from start to finish. Most importantly, I am enamored with the plush, new carpet and padding that provides the added warmth and feel of a larger room that we’ve been looking for. I will enthusiastically recommend 50Floor to friends and family alike.
