I wanted Grey LVP. The sample was very small and was closest to the sample planks I had. The finished floor is mostly brown. I wanted to lighten a very dark townhouse and it’s darker now than it was. I am very disappointed. The installers were excellent and I told myself that I paid a lot of money and I would learn to like the floor but I hate it. Hal, the salesman knew I wanted a light color and did not show me a picture of the finished floor. Even the installer was surprised at that. If he had shown me a picture, I would never have purchased that color. He knew that the company had no lighter color. Please tell me what I should do now.
