My experience was perfect! Sales guy came back a 2nd time as I was trying to decide. Once I picked my carpet, scheduling occurred quickly. I got a scheduling call and back up email confirmation. The 2 installers did a fantastic job. During install, we did have one issue regarding type and color of carpet edging. The installer called his office and had someone call me back. It would be helpful to have one installer have a better grasp of English, but it really didn’t hinder their performance at all.
