I read the reviews on BBB, after we bought our floor and before install. I was terrified. While it’s true that the installers struggled with English, Google translate made that a non issue.
They whole process was easy. Paul J showed up at our house and was enthusiastic from the get go. He never tried pushing us into a more expensive product, he just told us the availability and specs of each floor. We choose LVP and it looks fabulous.
Install was set for 2 weeks out and they called saying they could do it early. This was a large install, 1200sf. They arrived at 9:30am and stayed until it was done at 11pm. They asked if that was ok and we agreed. Not one corner was cut. The floors and trim look incredible. They cleaned up after themselves and took away everything.
The overall price was higher than DIY, but the speed of install and lack of mess make it worthwhile. Plus the added warranty.
We have not needed any warranty work done or install issues resolved, maybe we would have problems there. But so far so good.
