Install started off a little rocky (the initial installer was very negative about sales, the product we selected, etc as soon as he shows ip at our home). The was a lot of confusion and disappointment, but our salesman (Rashard (, I’m sure I’ve misspelled his name… apologies)) was the best. From our initial consultation to resolving the confusion that was raised by their first installer (we had to have another one sent out which caused a slight delay with our install) he was great and ensured all issues were resolved resulting in a successful (very quick) install. The second install crew (Sergio and team) were great and very professional.
