When I got my floors done initially I was most satisfied. I had laminated flooring on my lower level and carpet installed on my stairs and the upper level. I was so pleased with the job well done I recommend 50 floors to a family member. I had a few planks that have began to shift, I called 50 flooring and I was given instructions on how to submit pictures in order to have my flooring fixed. I’ve submitted pictures via email which went unanswered. My husband called and submitted pictures as well and someone assured that an individual would be out to our home to have our flooring fixed. We are now 4 months later and are still waiting. The customer service really is lacking as well as the sense of urgency! You’d think spending over $8000 for flooring someone would at least call and address our concerns! I’m so frustrated and disappointed!
