There were 2 screw ups on our order to begin with but the product was installed about a month after the original order. Our biggest issue was installation. It was a total nightmare. The installers splattered leveling compound all over our walls and some furniture, broke a pipe in the powder room which flooded our basement, broke the lid on a chest moving it back into place, banged up the walls and cabinets putting the furniture back in place so we had to have painters come repair the walls and repaint in several areas. While replacing our floor vent covers I pulled large pieces of the old floor out of the vent pipes. They never even tried to vacuum out the debris from ripping up our old flooring. Lastly, they left a huge mess on the front porch and spilled a bag of leveling compound in our front yard which we had to cleanup before the next rain. I could never recommend this company. I am having several other rooms refloored but am using a local flooring company since I found their pricing to be about the same.
