Very dissatisfied. Had new carpet in bedroom and new floors entire top floor. The floor gut left threshold for carpet guy to install. The carpet said to me no i dont do that!! Its leaning against wall in out hallway. The floor guys removed carpet from stairs. We have big holes in our walls. Ive called and sched appt with Jacob. I took off work. They never showed up. I was told oh yeah we have a tentative appt for you. No!!! It was scheduled and i took the day off work. To this day the company hasnt called us back. Do not use this company!!! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE waste of hard earned money!!! GO ANYWHERE ELSE
