The salesman was great, The scheduling was fine. The work crew was nice but after they left I had a gash in my floor and many hammer marks, as well as a loose threshold. I called about it but it was another week before they came back meanwhile We did not move our furniture back into the den for a week. Yes they came back but I really think it should have been done correctly the first time with no problems. I have used other people to do flooring for me and never had a problem.
I do like the 1 year with no interest plan. And all the people I talked to were veery nice.
