After getting quotes from multiple companies, I worked with 50Floors and John because they were able to offer a complete, detailed package that made the process a snap from start to finish. There were plenty of pre-selected floors and finishes to choose from to match my vision and the company was able to handle all types of flooring projects: no getting one company for carpet, another for hard surfaces, and a third for stairs. They were also speedy: in two days they were able to tear up around 1,000 sq feet of flooring and fix squeaky boards, install carpet, luxury vinyl plank, two hardwood staircases, with all the finishes. They moved furniture, cleaned, and added extra touches, like hiding wires/cables in the quarter round. They made the entire process easy, and I am happy with the end results. I could have cut costs by using less expensive materials, hiring different companies, or getting the materials myself, but I am glad I went with a company that could offer the entire package in a fast and easy format: and John found every price break he could to keep it competitive with other options that are out there. If I have any other flooring needs, I will be calling John at 50Floors again.
