Had a free consultation for laminate flooring installation with Ed Petersen. He was very thorough and taught me some excellent information regarding the type of flooring that would be best for my situation (pet spraying) and what to ask for from other companies (I am in the price comparison stage of the project). He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and prompt. Ed is my favorite type of sales rep. He didn’t try to sell me things I didn’t need and asked pertinent questions to determine the best products for my home. If all of their employees are as helpful as Ed then I have no problem recommending this company to anyone looking for new flooring.
