Randy explained everything about the product and how the installation would proceed. They were able to schedule it quickly and I took advantage of their current promo which saved me a lot of money. The crew arrived on time and Juliano walked the job with me. The crew was pleasant, courteous and efficient. The entire upstairs was finished in one day and they cleaned up all the dust and debris on the floor. Juliano took a lot of time to make sure the stairs were stained to match the downstairs floor. He returned the next day and installed the stairs in half a day. All in all I’m was a great experience. I’ve already recommended 50Floor to several friends.
