We had a great experience with 50Floor. Diane, our sales consultant, was so knowledgeable and offered great insight as we tried to pick out the right carpet, carpet color and pad. Our job was completed in two days like they said it would be (I expected it to carry over onto a 3rd day). The gentlemen that showed up to do the job were so courteous and professional. They cleaned up as they went along. Overall, it was just such a good experience.
We decided to add an additional room at the very last minute. I reluctantly reached out to Diane (it was a Saturday) via text to ask her how we should go about doing this. She was at my house within the hour and we put a plan in place. She’s absolutely wonderful. I would use 50Floor again and I would also request Diane. Thank you for a great experience!
