So let me say that we didn’t start with 50Floor. We started with a major home improvement store and their flooring department, as most people do. We had a negative experience with their process, repeated measurements, and obtaining the quote. My wife contacted 50Floor after we said enough is enough, and the experience was infinitely better. The salesperson, Ray, did a great job coming to our home and bringing samples to us. A week later, despite general supply issues in all industries, they installed our new floor at our house. The final product was exceptional and looks great. To be completely critical, the only two issues we had were the unexpected flooring underneath our dining, kitchen, and mudroom floor, which added some costs. Still, after talking to Ray and the 50Floor management, we came to a favorable agreement. The work also took 2-3 more days than initially planned, but that was mostly to do with the job’s complexity and making sure the work was done right the first time, which is precisely what we wanted. I recommend 50Floor.
