Ryan Lact was our salesperson that came out to our house. He called on his way and arrived when. He said he would. He was amazing! Took his time getting to know us and our needs and personalities. We didn’t waste a bunch of time looking at stuff we weren’t interested in. He showed just what we wanted and gave us all the information we needed about the product. Made sure we understood the warranties. No pressure at all. We decided what we wanted and closed the deal. The install of our premium wood laminate went wonderfully. They scheduled two days but sent 4 guys and they got it done in a day. We didn’t lift a finger. The carpet portion was installed this week. Everyone did their part and our floors look amazing. I would definitely recommend Ryan and his team!
