At time of installation and for the first year, I would give the review a A/B but now, after just 2 years, I’m down to an F. Installation was good, installers were fantastic except they didn’t speak english very well so communication was sub-par. First I had planks separating and was calling every 6 months for those to be fixed. Most of the time, one of the original installers come our to fix them. I now have peeling planks and Customer service tells my my warranty is expired. They tell me I need to call the manufacturer is but can’t tell me who the manufacturer is. They say it’s in may paperwork but it’s not. All I have is a purchase order. Maybe the sales rep was supposed to give me more but he didn’t. I now have tape all over my floor hoping the stop the peeling until fixed if it ever happens.
