The floors are amazing. Installation was less than 24 hours including the staircase. Install techs we’re polite and respectful. 4 stars because the sales team was ridiculous and caused us to waste 500$ on 3 rooms at a pet friendly hotel by telling us that no one could walk on the floors for 48 hours. Highly recommend the company, but don’t believe a word the sales guy tells you.
