Today I found out just what this company is all about and that is customer service !! In Dec 2016 I had carpet and wood laminate installed throughout my house by 50 floor. A couple of weeks ago I noticed a small bubble in a walk in closet where the carpet was coming loose. I called and in just 2 days they sent an installer out (all the way to Gainesville) to check it out. Gabriele Ramos came out and discovered that they had forgotten to tack strip a small area and he fixed the problem in just a few minutes. Gabriele was very professional and apologetic that the problem had occurred. I would not only recommend this company to anyone looking for flooring but I will actively solicit business for them whenever I get the chance !! Way to go 50Floor !!!!!
