DO NOT under any circumstance use this company or give them any of your money. My install was November 2021. The install was subcontracted to a team of young guys, only one who spoke English. They did not level my floors which I was promised during the sales pitch, they destroyed my stairs by cutting off the top stair to fit their edging which now dangerous to everyone who walks up and down them. There are gaps in my flooring and in the bathroom they demoed some tiles and didn’t fill in the space the floor gapes underneath. I called to complain and december 21 a guy came out to see the floor, review my complaints and said someone will be in touch to send a new team out to fix the issues I had, mid january i called again as i had not heard anything I left messages for judith and cynthia who are apparently the complaints dept. NO ONE has called me back NO ONE has been to my house and my floors are awful. DO NOT ALLOW this company to install your flooring unless you want to be sold on something that does not exist. The salesman was charming and said all the right things but their follow through is non-existent and now they have my money there is nothing I can do to get my floors fixed. I am so disappointed. I am sure this will never get printed on their website but it is worth a try to warn others of the lack of follow through after the company have your money.
