Our floors have not been installed yet, so I’ll be sure to update the review. That said, we had a great experience with Phillip, the sales consultant. He called about 20 minutes before arriving to give us a heads up. He was very knowledgeable, respectful, and I felt comfortable having him in our home. We decided on luxury vinyl flooring throughout most of our home, with a few exceptions and Phillip showed us all of our options and offered to quote us on multiple styles. We have a new pet piglet who wants to be in everyone’s business and Phillip was just wonderful to her. So far, this process has been stress free and easy. Looking forward to the installation and enjoying our new floors!
