The Sales Rep Matthew Wolfort was exceptional; and provided exceptional detail about the work that would be done. Very upfront and would be happy to do business with him again. The team did an AMAZING job with our floor and the craftmanship was of a superior quality. Well done job with the team. My only complaint was the company attempted to charge me a hidden surcharge after the work was done, and i’d completely paid my final invoice. It left a bad taste in my mouth, and the person with whom we spoke about the matter did a poor job of addressing our concerns. We absolutely loved Matthew and the work of the team, but the poor customer service won’t allow us to return. Which hurts because this is the second excellent job the company has done for me.
