We had wood floors and carpet installed about 3 years ago by 50Floor. Due to a new kitten, and normal wear and tear, we needed to have some of the carpet repaired. I thought we may need one room replaced (due to kitten). But thankfully, the folks at 50Floor are very honest! Instead of just taking my money. Erica came out and assessed the situation and felt that her team could “just” stretch the carpet and cover the gaps caused by my furry friend with the existing carpet. Once that was decided, Janessa contacted me and worked with me to set up a convenient time for their workers to come, and made sure everything was done to my satisfaction. Andres, and another gentleman, did an amazing job correcting the issues that our kitten caused. You can’t even tell. I am so happy I called to see if they did carpet repair!!! Thank you 50Floor!!
