We are 2 months in to a 1-2 day install. They are unresponsive except the FB manger who said he notified management which we haven’t heard from. We had installers come today, FOURTH TEAM since Jan6 initial install date, and they ripped up the carpet in the master closet and said they aren’t paid enough to do a closet only but didn’t have the material to do the full job we requested and left! The installer supervisor told my husband to make sure they didn’t leave but we haven’t heard from her again. Very expensive, not the least expensive even with all their “discounts”. It’s a nightmare and our order is only for 3 bedrooms and a master closet totaling between 500-600 sq ft!!!
