Of all the places we contacted for pricing on new carpeting they were the only ones who gave us a written quote. They did not try to nickel and dime us or upsell us at every turn. (Empire and Home Depot felt like dealing with used car salesmen.) The time from the salesman coming out til the new flooring was installed was just under two weeks.
The team that came out for installation was great. I was a little high maintenance and they totally worked with me.
Overall it was a positive experience
