While our first experience with 50Floors was great, this second one was a complete disaster because of the installers. 50Floors is aw@re of previous issues, but my husband and I have found yet one more issue with the installers. We can feel small things between the carpet + padding and the flooring when we walk on the carpet in bare feet. Clearly, the installers did not take the time to adequately sweep the flooring before putting the padding and carpet down. I am so sad that I have to sell my home with carpet installed so poorly.
