We have used this company on two separate occasions. First they put carpet in two bedrooms and hallway. They show up on time with a smile and ready to get started. They move all the furniture. They ask questions about certain things and place it wherever it’s convenient for us. Then they get busy. So professional. We were so thrilled that we had them come back and do our master bedroom and vanity area. Again, on time, cheerful and friendly. Quickly moved everything (heavy furniture and king bed), removed old carpet and put down new. They vacuum and clean up and move furniture again. All done in 2 hours. Before any of this is done I can’t miss saying the sales rep who comes out is awesome, and will answer any questions. He will work the best deals he can for you. Then there’s the sweet lady from their office that sets up delivery schedule. Then before the installers come, she calls back and goes over some simple instructions for the customer. She’s so pleasant to speak with and friendly. This company gets 10 stars in my opinion.
