We give everything from the original visit to the laying of the carpet 5 stars. The lady who first came to show us samples was very thorough and knowledgeable. She was also a quite delightful person. The communication between that first visit and when the carpet layers came was excellent. The four men who came to lay the carpet were polite and worked quickly. They had our 3 bedrooms cleared out, old carpet removed, new carpet laid, and furniture replaced in under 4 hours.
