Christian came out to do a sales consult and was very honest about pros/cons of the different types of flooring. He patiently answered my 1000 questions and found us a product I was very happy with. He was not flustered by my rude dogs and inquisitive baby. I really enjoyed having a sales consult at my home instead of having to go into a store. I am excited to see it installed and will update my review with pictures when it is done.
