They made it so easy to select what I wanted and right in my home. Mike was super patient while I looked through hundreds of carpet samples to finally decide on a color that worked in every room. Everything is made in USA and there’s no long wait. I’ll get it fresh from the factory next week. After a year of dithering I got what I wanted within two hours. I am happy.
