I just had all the floors but 3 bathrooms replaced in my house which is a little over 2500 sqft. 50Floor did an amazing job. The whole process was easy.
The rep showed up for an in home consultation. He brought samples, measured and drew up the quote right there. A 50% deposit is due up front and you pay the remaining 50% when the job is finished. I had carpet, engineered hardwood, ceramic tile and sheet vinyl replaced and new quarter round.
They don’t replace baseboards.
Victor and Lauro were my installers. They went above and beyond with the smallest details like centering my sectional to the fire place, centering my bed on the wall when they put it back. These are things I didn’t ask.
I had a heavy piece of furniture that most companies wouldn’t touch and not only did they move it into the garage but they placed it so it is out of the way.
Victor didn’t like the way the transition piece looked in the closet under the stairs so he pulled out the vinyl, cut around the water heater and installed the LVP.
They treated my home as if it were their own or their mother’s house.
I wasn’t prepared for the level of dust that was created when the ceramic tile was pulled out. It got in my cabinets. If you have asthma, make sure you are wearing an N95 mask and run an air cleaner. You will have to replace your air filters.
The floors look beautiful. The stair treads are delayed by the manufacturer which is something out of their control. They will be back as soon as the treads are in to finish the stairs. I highly recommend 50Floor. I will say I was on sticker shock but as a good friend reminded me that I was getting a quality product with a 12mm wear layer on what I picked out and they will move things other companies won’t.
