When starting my journey to getting new floors, the receptionist was very thorough and proactive when I had an issue with a sales rep at the very beginning. She quickly redirected me to Michael who was so friendly and helpful. Once the crew came to install my floors, David and his associate were diligent, and worked hard to get 2 rooms, stairs and a hallways done in about 8 hours or less. I was very happy with my experience, and hope to be able to work with them again.
