Scott came out on Tuesday 6/7 to take measurements to replace carpet in our home we just purchased. He was efficient, very knowledgeable about the many brands of carpet they offered, and very kind and friendly.
He didn’t rush us to make a decision just to make a sale! He took time to explain what each product offered based on what we expressed to him we wanted and needed. He showed us different samples so we could compare and contrast our top choices. We eventually made an informed decision that would work best for our home and family.
On Friday 6/10 we received a call from the office to schedule installation for Monday 6/13. The installer Pavel and his team were professional and very thorough. He explained to us the process of taking up the old carpet and padding and replacing it with the new padding and carpet. The job was done to perfection in just one day. We are beyond please with the service Scott and his team of installers provided! They are a major asset to 50Floors.
