Materials for my new wood floor was not ordered correctly, scheduled incorrectly. Was suppose to be scheduled for a new installation and refinish of existing floor. Only scheduled for new install. Could get no one to return my calls. Once new floors installed, had broken pieces put down, the crew scratched my new floor while Moving the furniture back, and shoe mold was not properly nailed to the trim. Had three days of no show for my refinish job after promises made by scheduler and crew that they would be here but never showed up. Still have broken boards on my floor with scratched but the billed me for the full amount without fixing the mess. Very disappointed!!!!!!! Never again
