Initially I thought that this was a good idea. Had them come out to replace my carpet in the living room and dinning room with new hard wood and refinish the existing hardwood in entryway and kitchen to match the new wood. Well, the guy Levi brought out the samples and I picked out my new flooring no problem. 2 weeks later Kim called to schedule my installation, I missed her call because I was at work. Tried multiple times to call her back with no answer. Left messages and told her I had taken two weeks off the first part of May and would like to schedule the install then. I received a text message at 6 pm from her saying “ we keep missing each other, I have scheduled your install for the 2nd and 3rd of May. Let me know if that works or if we need to change the dates. Message or call with any questions”. In fact I did have questions. Levi had told me the whole process would take 4-5 days due to the refinishing of my existing floor. After MULTIPLE calls, messages, and text, nothing. No response. Installation day comes, installer has no idea about the refinish job and has no information for me. Finally get to to talk to Kim, she informs me that she didn’t have a refinish order then places me on hold. Comes back on the phone and tells me that she was looking at the wrong form and my redo she was scheduled for the 6th and 7th, that Thursday and Friday. Thursday comes and I receive a call from Kim saying that the crew would be unable to come that day and would come the next day. Friday comes and no one shows up. I call back and complain. The guys calls me back that was suppose to show up and says he could not come that day but would be here the next day (Saturday) and would complete the job in one day. Now Levi had told me 4-5 days and now we are down to Two days? Saturday comes and he doesn’t show up, office is closed and can get no one!!!!!!!! Monday comes, I call Kim, by now I am done, she tells me that the best they can do is the next day??. I call Chris who is supposed to be the district manager, he calls me and leaves a message telling me that they would compensate me for my inconvenience and would Make things right. Multiple calls back to Chris and no one is answering that line anymore. Guy did come the next day and sanded the floor and sent his brother back the next day to stain and seal it. Backing up to the install of the new floor. I found two boards the were broken and the installed them anyway, they did not completely nail the shoe mold to the wall behind my couch, and when they moved my china cabinet back the scratched the new floor. Was told The would be fixed and I am still waiting. Elected to do the 12 moths same as cash deal in the beginning so it’s like a Credit card from Wells Fargo, yeah they charged the full amount, damages still not fixed, and still no contact with “Chris” the district manager. Worst customer service experience ever. May 2022
